About the Role

Join Vera Whole Health in South Tacoma, WA, where you'll have the time, support, and resources to build meaningful patient relationships and make a lasting impact. With approximately 12-16 patients per day, longer appointment times, and a collaborative care team, you'll be empowered to deliver whole-person care that improves health outcomes and helps patients thrive. What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based primary care services in a patient-centered environment
• Build trusted relationships and help patients achieve their health goals
• Partner with patients and the care team, including a Whole Health Coach, to develop personalized care plans
• Provide preventive care, acute care, chronic disease management, and care coordination
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives that drive exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Board Certification as an NP or PA
• Current DEA registration
• Primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience preferred
• Passion for relationship-based, whole-person care

Pay

Compensation Range: $124,736.00 to $187,103.00. The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
