About the Role

Connecticut Oncology Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its hematology and oncology team in a collaborative outpatient setting. In this role, you will work closely with physicians to provide comprehensive cancer care, supporting patient evaluations, follow-up visits, symptom management, and ongoing treatment coordination. The practice emphasizes continuity of care and strong patient relationships, allowing providers to make a meaningful impact throughout the cancer journey. Responsibilities

• Work closely with physicians to provide comprehensive cancer care
• Support patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Manage symptoms and coordinate ongoing treatment
• Promote continuity of care and build strong patient relationships

Requirements

• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP-C)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of NP experience required
• Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or NP preferred

Pay

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base salary range: between $120,000 - $140,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time, 4-day workweek
• No weekends, holidays, or call
