Program Overview

USA Dutch, Inc. offers a structured, paid training program designed to prepare candidates for full-time employment in our manufacturing operations.

Program Length: 5 weeks
Sessions Per Week: 3
Session Length: 3 hours each
Training Start Time: 5:00 PM
Total Training Hours: 45 hours

Attendance and participation in all scheduled sessions are mandatory.

Training Schedule

Training sessions will be held twice weekly, beginning promptly at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for a 5-week program.

Compensation

Training Wage: $12.00 per hour
Total Training Compensation: $540.00 (45 hours × $12.00/hour)

Candidates must complete training to receive the course compensation. Compensation is provided after training is complete.

Post Training Employment Opportunity

Upon successful completion of the training program and demonstration of required skills, candidates will be paid in full for the training period and offered the following:

Employment Status: Full-time
Starting Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift Assignment: 2nd Shift, Monday thru Thursday, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM (Assigned based on operational needs and candidate availability)

Employment is contingent upon meeting company performance, attendance, and conduct standards.

Safety & Dress Code Requirements

For the safety of all employees, the following requirements apply at every training session:

  • Required: Steel toe footwear
  • Required: Safety glasses
  • Prohibited: Shorts

Failure to comply with safety or dress code requirements may result in removal from a training session or dismissal from the program.

    • Company orientation

    • Introduction to job fundamentals
    • Hands-on skills development
    • Equipment and process training
    • Instructor-guided practice
  • Weeks 3–4:
    • Advanced skill application
    • Productivity and quality expectations
    • Increasing independence
  • Week 5:
    • Final evaluation
    • Skills assessment
    • Employment offer discussion

Completion Requirements

To successfully complete the program, candidates must:

  • Attend all scheduled training sessions
  • Follow all safety rules and company policies
  • Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and required skill competency
