Apprentice Program
About the role
The Bosch Apprentice program is a 12-month, paid, full-time development program designed to accelerate motivated candidates into Manufacturing Technician roles at the Bosch Charleston facility. This program provides hands-on, in-house technical training exclusively focused on Bosch equipment, processes, and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Gain real-world experience while learning the fundamentals of automated systems used daily in our manufacturing environment.
- Complete structured coursework, qualification cards, labs, job shadowing, and hands-on assignments led by Bosch subject-matter experts.
- Build the skills needed to troubleshoot, maintain, and support automated production systems.
Requirements
- Resume required with application.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Qualifications
Learn mechanical fundamentals relevant to Bosch manufacturing. Train using Bosch equipment, standards, and processes through labs, qualification cards, and on-the-job learning. Shadow experienced Manufacturing Technicians across multiple departments and product lines.
Skills
Hands-on projects, mechanical fundamentals, automated systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of production systems.
