First-year service technicians can expect top pay, earning $55,000–$75,000 on average, with pay increasing quickly each year. The role includes an initial 12 weeks of paid training plus continual training in our plumbing school, and guidance through the plumber licensing process to help you advance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing and drain issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer cost estimates to customers and finalize transactions.
• Perform necessary repairs for customers.
• Document estimates and invoices in writing and via a provided smartphone.
• Collect payment and proceed to the next service call.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Effective communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills (prior experience not necessary).
