Apprentice / Outpatient Imaging Center / PRN

About the role

Performs a variety of imaging modalities under the clinical direction of a Radiologist, Cardiologist or Surgeon.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains imaging equipment.
• Assists in interpreting diagnostic images under supervision.
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate patient care.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student of an accredited Radiologic Technology, Sonography program.
• Completed a minimum of two complete semesters within the program.
• Remains BCLS certification.
• If BCLS certification is not from AHA, must obtain AHA certification within one month of employment date.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Given training and on-the-job experience, should be proficient in basic radiology aspects within three months of employment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
