Main Tasks
- Work safely no matter what.
- Install, connect, and test electrical systems in large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Place conduit inside partitions, walls, and other concealed areas.
- Pull insulated wires or cables through conduit to complete circuits.
- Use testing equipment to check circuits for proper connection.
- Ensure electrical stability and safety of all components.
- Attend weekly Apprenticeship classes.
Requirements
- No prior construction experience required.
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
- You Need To Be Able To Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Work as a team.
- Do Basic “Tape measure math”
- Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
- Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
- Work efficiently in confined spaces.
- Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
- Exercise fine motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.
