Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to develop hands-on skills, gain industry experience, and work alongside experienced electricians on a variety of electrical systems. The apprentice will assist with electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting under the supervision of journeyman and master electricians.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Support power cable installation, terminations, and generator system setups.
• Help with DC battery and power plant installations.
• Work on medium voltage and power distribution systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, electrical codes, and company guidelines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Participate in on-the-job training and required coursework for licensure.
• Travel to different project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Enrollment in or willingness to join an electrical apprenticeship program is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools is preferred but not required.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn are essential.
• The ability to work in different environments, including heights and confined spaces, is necessary.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and equipment as needed is required.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• The ability to obtain a Class A CDL is preferred.
• The willingness to learn to operate a variety of equipment is required.
• The willingness to travel for projects across the U.S. is required.
