Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance services within acceptable standards.
- Learn basic maintenance and part replacement procedures under supervision.
- Assist senior technicians and ask questions to develop skills.
- Diagnose and repair all DFL tractor components.
- Perform PM inspections and services.
- Make service calls and perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
- Participate in maintaining a clean, safe environment compliant with OSHA and company standards.
- Record all work and labor on a computer in the EMS system.
- Work with the Parts Department to maintain proper stock levels.
- Comply with EPA and DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
- Continuously improve maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Fluent in English.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- At least 18 years of age.

- Able to perform routine physical tasks associated with equipment maintenance and repair.
- May include standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, lifting, and using hand and power tools.
