Responsibilities
- Take direction from the lead carpenter and carpenters.
- Learn the trade and increase your carpentry skills as you work on the projects assigned for you.
- Assist carpenters with any project needs.
- Clean up job and put away supplies at the end of the day.
Qualifications
- Ability to take direction.
- Willingness to learn.
- Observe the process and look for ways to help the crew while learning the trade.
- Stay one step ahead of the lead carpenters as you look for ways to make their job more efficient.
- Be able to lift 100 pounds.
- Attention to detail, cleanliness and quality craftsmanship.
- Strong work ethic.
