Responsibilities

• Learn our processes and how to operate our semi-automatic press machines.
• Gain experience in brush & abrasive product making skills across various departments.
• Opportunities to move into more advanced manufacturing roles such as set-up technicians or maintenance roles.
• Advancement in our company supported with training and educational assistance.

Requirements

• Basic Measurement Skills
• Ability to Speak & Read in English
• Able to lift up to 40lbs regularly and stand for an entire 8-hour shift
• Able to wear safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection
• Must be 18 years of age

Qualifications

• Bring similar manufacturing skills from prior jobs to start at a higher wage
• Earn an extra $1.00/hour for each pay period that you attain perfect attendance (3:30PM-11:30PM M-F)

• (3:30PM-11:30PM) M-F
