Requirements
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors
- Understanding color and how to match color
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience in a trade like painting, auto body, cabinetry, or flooring, or even as a personal hobby
Duties
- Deliver world-class service to tenants and property management staff
- Repair damaged surfaces on-site using our 5-step process
- Match colors and finishes so each repair disappears into the surface
- Problem-solve each job with creativity
- Spot additional repairs during walk-throughs and point them out
About the role
Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you if you enjoy working with your hands and enjoy variety in your work. Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour. No experience needed. We will train you fully.

Pay range of $18 to $24 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
