About the role

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

Duties

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Must have valid driver's license

Pay

Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses. Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs. Pay raise following paid training completion.

Schedule

No weekends, late nights, or evenings. Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician. Weekly team meetings with breakfast provided.
