About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated professional Multi-skilled Entry Level Apprentice. This W2 position offers the flexibility of an independent job while we handle finding and scheduling the work. You will provide quality craftsmanship and customer service, working out of your home on a full-time or part-time basis. You will use your own truck, van, or SUV to travel to job sites in St Pete and nearby areas. Some use of a company vehicle may be required, so a good driving record is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, maintenance, and remodeling tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing, and electrical work.
• Deliver excellent customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interact positively with a wide variety of clients, employees, management, and office personnel.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism and attention to detail on all job sites.

Requirements

• Skills across multiple trades (carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing, electrical).
• Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and demeanor.
• Own a standard set of tools to perform all required trades.
• Own a truck, van, or SUV for travel to job sites.
• Current and valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Residence within 15 miles of St Petersburg.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
