About the role

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service to tenants and property management staff, building the relationships that bring us repeat business
• Repair damaged surfaces on-site using our 5-step process, from countertops and cabinets to tubs and floors
• Match colors and finishes so each repair disappears into the surface
• Problem-solve each job with creativity, since no two pieces of damage are the same
• Spot additional repairs during walk-throughs and point them out when they help the customer

Requirements

• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Nice to have: Hands-on experience in a trade like painting, auto body, cabinetry, or flooring, or even as a personal hobby

Pay

Pay range of $18 to $24 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses. Pay raise following paid training completion. Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs.

Schedule

No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available). Paid holidays and paid time off.
