Responsibilities
- Repair small damage to various surfaces including floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, elevator panels, etc.
- Work with a variety of tools and equipment to perform repairs quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate with the support team to address any questions or concerns during the repair process.
- Utilize our unique 5-step repair process to ensure quality and durability of the repair.
- Problem-solve repairs creatively and effectively.
Requirements
- Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or a similar field.
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors accurately.
- Strong customer service skills, particularly when interacting with tenants and property management staff.
- Track work progress and take detailed notes using our dispatch tool.
- Understand and apply our 5-step repair process.
Qualifications
- Competitive salary range of $20 to $24 per hour, including base pay and performance-based bonuses.
- Monthly bonus program based on add-on repairs.
- Paid time off and holidays.

- Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician position.
- No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available).
