Work location is field‑based at residential job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential water treatment systems, including water softeners and filtration systems, reverse osmosis (RO) systems, UV purification systems, acid neutralizers and pressure tanks.
• Support service calls and basic troubleshooting.
• Learn residential well system fundamentals.
• Work directly with customers in their homes.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable with hands‑on, physical work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements.
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check.

Skills

• Preferred (not required): experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical work.

Pay

$16‑28.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, full‑time; overtime available based on workload.
