Responsibilities
- Part-time work in a dedicated training facility to develop skills as an advanced manufacturing apprentice.
- Attend 2 days per week at Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC) in Granite City to earn a debt-free associate degree in advanced manufacturing technology.
- Receive structured wage increases as you progress through the program.

Requirements
To be considered for this program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Qualifications
