About the Role

Valbridge Property Advisors | Philadelphia Metro is offering a conscientious, motivated candidate an excellent hands-on opportunity to learn the appraisal business via one-on-one training with experienced appraisers in our territory (Philadelphia, Lancaster, York, Allentown; Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties in NJ).

Responsibilities

- Exposure to cutting-edge technology, our world-class database and report writing software, combined with Valbridge’s national appraisal templates; state of the laptop computers; and cloud-based file systems. - One-on-one training with experienced appraisers in our territory (Philadelphia, Lancaster, York, Allentown; Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties in NJ).

Requirements

- Four-year college degree (or working toward a degree), preferably with emphasis or major in real estate, finance or business. - Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. - Excellent report-writing skills. - Acute attention to detail; self-motivation.
