This role involves analyzing and evaluating property values for insurance purposes, conducting market research, and providing expert testimony in legal disputes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze property values using various valuation methods
• Conduct market research to stay updated on local and national trends
• Prepare reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders
• Provide expert testimony in court cases related to property valuations
• Collaborate with other professionals such as attorneys and adjusters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Appraisal, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property valuation
• Knowledge of appraisal standards and guidelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
