Role Responsibilities
- Share benefit enrollment information with eligible clients
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Respond to incoming calls and client inquiries
- Return calls and provide timely follow-up support
- Review client needs and explain available coverage options
- Use the Needs Analysis system to help create personalized recommendations
- Stay informed on current products, services, and policy updates
- Work closely with leadership and training teams to improve knowledge and performance
