The Role
Tandem Physical Therapy, a fast-growing clinic in Metairie, Louisiana, seeks an Appointment Setter/Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. Key responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for new leads, making outbound calls to cold and warm leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients through phone, email, and messaging.
- Schedule appointments, ensuring clients are excited and fully prepared.
- Keep detailed, accurate records in the CRM system and tracking sheets.
- Support the on-site customer service team by being available for phone coverage.
- Participate in ongoing weekly training.

Your Responsibilities
- Communicate the value of services over various channels.
- Handle objections and guide prospects toward informed decisions.
- Schedule appointments, ensuring clients are excited and prepared.
- Keep detailed, accurate records in the CRM system.
- Maximize clinic efficiency by organizing schedules.
- Occasionally act as a virtual admin for phone support.
- Quickly reach out to leads engaging with marketing.
- Nurture leads who may not be ready to book an immediate appointment.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and accountability meetings.

- Access to reliable and consistent internet
- Headphones with a microphone
- A cell phone for making outbound calls through the VoIP app

- Experience with online CRM systems.
- KPI-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
