The Role

Tandem Physical Therapy, a fast-growing clinic in Metairie, Louisiana, seeks an Appointment Setter/Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Be the first point of contact for new leads, making outbound calls to cold and warm leads.
  • Follow up with prospective clients through phone, email, and messaging.
  • Schedule appointments, ensuring clients are excited and fully prepared.
  • Keep detailed, accurate records in the CRM system and tracking sheets.
  • Support the on-site customer service team by being available for phone coverage.
  • Participate in ongoing weekly training.

Your Responsibilities

  • Communicate the value of services over various channels.
  • Handle objections and guide prospects toward informed decisions.
  • Schedule appointments, ensuring clients are excited and prepared.
  • Keep detailed, accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Maximize clinic efficiency by organizing schedules.
  • Occasionally act as a virtual admin for phone support.
  • Quickly reach out to leads engaging with marketing.
  • Nurture leads who may not be ready to book an immediate appointment.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and accountability meetings.

Required Materials

  • A computer
  • Access to reliable and consistent internet
  • Headphones with a microphone
  • A cell phone for making outbound calls through the VoIP app

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and connect with prospects.
  • Scheduling flexibility for phone coverage.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Experience with online CRM systems.
  • KPI-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Self-motivated and excited to take on challenges and grow with the team.
  • Day-time availability
