Appointment Setter - Remote + Full time

- Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments
- Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results
- Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- No prior sales experience required - training provided (entry-level friendly)
About the Role
The Customer Service Representative or Business Development Associate (BDA) plays a key role in driving growth for Convertros’ U.S. clients by handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into action. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow within a high-performance, remote sales organization.

Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week), between 12 PM and 12 AM EST, with availability on Saturdays
