About the role
The Business Development Associate (BDA) plays a key role in driving growth for Convertros’ U.S. clients by handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into action. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow within a high-performance, remote sales organization.
Benefits

Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week). This position follows a set schedule from Wednesday/Thursday through Sunday. Team members may choose to have Monday and Tuesday off, or work four 10-hour shifts with Monday through Wednesday off.
