Appointment Setter for Aussie Fitness Coaching Business (Commission-Based + Weekly Retainer)

About the role

Turn warm conversations into booked sales calls. You'll be chatting with leads through Instagram DMs (and other channels), building real connection, qualifying prospects, and getting them on the calendar with our sales team.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Reach out to and follow up with warm leads via DM
• Build genuine rapport and qualify prospects (mums with fat loss goals)
• Book qualified prospects onto sales calls
• Keep your pipeline tight and follow up consistently
• Collaborate with the team to hit weekly booking targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years' setting experience (fitness/coaching space is a huge plus)
• Natural, fluent written English - you're chatting with Aussie mums, so it needs to sound warm and human, not like a script
• Self-driven and hungry - this role pays for results, not hours clocked
• Reliable internet + availability during Australian-friendly hours

Pay structure

• $100 AUD/week base retainer
• $30 AUD per set call that shows up
• $30 AUD bonus when your booked call converts
• No cap - the more you book, the more you earn. Our top setters do very well.
