Appointment Setter (Client Booking Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing and receive incoming calls to engage with enthusiastic potential customers.
• Use our pre-tested scripts to schedule studio sessions, consistently meeting and surpassing daily and weekly targets.
• Create memorable and positive conversations that leave families elated.
• Maintain and report on your performance, earning recognition for your achievements.

Requirements

• A relentless positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm that inspires clients on every call.
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, enabling you to build rapport quickly and steer conversations towards a positive outcome.
• Preferably have experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles, but our training will prepare all winners!
• A passion for conversing with people and helping them create cherished memories.

Benefits

• Earn a base pay of $21/hour plus the potential for $1000 or more in monthly bonuses when you meet and exceed call and booking metrics (totaling $43,680/year or more).
• No cold calling: Engage solely with warm, pre-leads who are keen to discuss family portraits.
