What You'll Do
- Greet BJ's members and introduce our home improvement services
- Schedule free in-home consultations for homeowners
- Educate customers about roofing, siding, windows, and decking
- Represent Rock Solid Construction with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Help customers scan a QR code or schedule appointments directly
Compensation
- Top performers can earn $20–$30+ per hour
- Earn even higher earnings through sales bonuses
Schedule
- Flexible 5–6 hour shifts
- Day, evening, and weekend opportunities available
- Consistent weekly schedule
What We're Looking For

- A positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus—but not required
