Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers in friendly conversations
- Generate interest in premium window and door solutions
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations
- Educate homeowners about products and services
- Set up and maintain professional branded displays
- Help drive leads that directly impact company growth

Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
Qualifications
- Love talking to people and meeting new faces
- Confident starting conversations with strangers
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic li>Comfortable in a performance-based environment

Retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, and sales experience are great backgrounds, but no experience is required. We provide paid training.
Pay
$25-$35+ per hour (combination of base pay and performance bonuses). Top performers may earn significantly more.
