Overview

Magic Roofing is seeking an Appointment Setter to join their growing team. The role involves generating new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads, speaking about roof damage, educating homeowners, building a pipeline of prospects, presenting solutions, and coordinating with project managers.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads
• Speak expertly about roof damage from storm, hail, or wind
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims and restoration process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
• Present solutions for residential roofing projects
• Cook up leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and customer outreach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay of $500/week to cover transportation and other costs
