Appointment Setter – Automotive Sales / Customer Experience Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls and follow-up workflows
• Connect with previous customers and unsold opportunities to create new sales opportunities
• Build relationships and identify customer wants, needs, and interests
• Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team
• Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system
• Work closely with sales consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Help drive dealership traffic through consistent communication and follow-up
• Meet appointment-setting and lead-generation goals

What We’re Looking For

• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls
• Can confidently engage customers over the phone
• Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has the ability to talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple systems
• Brings a positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Has basic to intermediate computer skills
• CRM experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, sales, call center, BDC, or a related role
