Building a high-performance solar sales team in Amherst, NY, we are seeking motivated appointment setters who want more than just an hourly paycheck. This is not a job you can just clock in and coast. We are looking for driven individuals who love talking to people, creating opportunities, and getting rewarded for results.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with homeowners about solar energy solutions
• Setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants
• Working in a fast-paced, energetic office environment

Qualifications

• Competitive and motivated personalities
• Strong communicators with confidence on the phone
• People who want to WIN not just hit minimums
• Sales experience is a plus, but hustle and attitude matter more
• Coachable, energetic, and dependable individuals

Pay & Benefits

• $16/hour base pay
• $50 commission for every appointment that shows
• Average setters averaging 3 qualified shows per day are on pace to earn approximately:
• $5,500$7,000+ per month
• $65,000$85,000+ per year

• Overtime and bonuses are also possible based on performance
