We're building a high-performance solar sales team in Amherst, NY and are seeking motivated appointment setters.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with homeowners about solar energy solutions
- Setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants. All leads are provided
- Working in a fast-paced, energetic office environment

Pay & Benefits
- $16/hour base pay
- $50 commission for every appointment that shows
- Average earners on pace to earn approximately:
- $5,500–$7,000+ per month
- $65,000–$85,000+ per year OTE
- Uncapped commission structure. Top performers earn more!

(Core hours are Monday–Friday + some Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST)
