About the role

At Environment Control, we’re passionate about quality—and we’ve been doing it for over 50 years! Now, we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Appointment Setter to join our Tipp City, Ohio office. If you’re outgoing, organized, and enjoy talking with people, this could be a great fit!

Pay

$16 per hour

Schedule

Part-time — approximately 20 hours per week

Flexible Monday–Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers by phone and email
• Keep information up to date
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives
• Help keep our sales team’s calendar full

Requirements

• Self-motivated and dependable
• Friendly, positive, and comfortable talking on the phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable entering information accurately into CRM software
• Confident communicating with prospective customers by phone and email
• Goal-oriented and excited to hit weekly appointment goals
• A team player with a great attitude
