Appointment Setter

About the role

We're hiring an Appointment Setter to join Jared Dean Coaching's team. This role is remote and part-time (20+ hours per week), starting at $1500/month base with a 3% commission on successful appointments. The opportunity to move to full-time is contingent on performance.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Appointment Setter (DMs/Dialer)
• Outbound dial warm leads
• Follow up and nurture leads to schedule sales calls via short calls and social media DMs
• Schedule consultations between prospective clients and our Sales Representatives
• Keep a detailed log of contacts, including those who were not interested
• Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past
• Step in to take calls ranging from 15-minute calls to actual sales calls when needed

• Experienced at navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
• Experience as a setter
• Experience in social media
