About the role

The role of Appointment Setter/Sales Development Rep is a key contributor to our enterprise-wide sales initiative. We are seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales who can help drive sustainable financial growth.

Responsibilities

• Create a structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting and generating appointments.
• Utilize various lead-generation techniques such as outbound calls, online inquiries, and other methods to meet departmental activity targets.
• Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide information about RV products and services.
• Use provided scripts and talking points for initiating and receiving phone calls, aiming to schedule sales appointments.
• Maintain a high call rate of 8-10 calls per hour, recording and managing customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with marketing campaigns and promotions, aligning efforts with marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation and sales conversion.
• Regularly track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements.
• Work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success and ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.
• Proactively manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach and smooth customer journey.

Requirements

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-driven and motivated for sales.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Prior CRM experience and proficiency with computers.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish speakers preferred).

General Compensation Disclosure: The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $35,000 - $55,000 or more. This is a variable pay role with uncapped variable pay.
