Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our Vancouver team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Makes outbound calls and follows up with prospective customers
• Schedules and confirms in-home consultation appointments
• Accurately enters and updates customer information
• Maintains consistent communication with homeowners and internal teams
• Mets daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
• Participates in training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or appointment setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and data entry skills
