About the role

Bath Planet of Arkansas is growing and seeks to hire motivated individuals for their Call Center Team. This position involves making outbound calls to homeowners, answering inbound calls, scheduling free in-home design consultations, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners from company-provided leads
• Answer inbound calls and schedule free in-home design consultations
• Follow company scripts and professionally overcome objections
• Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain accurate customer records
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are qualified and ready
