Roof Maxx is growing fast and is seeking experienced Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about Roof Maxx’s roof rejuvenation solution.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations
• Educate prospects on Roof Maxx’s roof rejuvenation solution
• Identify qualified homeowners and set high-quality appointments
• Work closely with the closing sales team to maximize conversions
• Track activity, leads, and results consistently

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with confidence talking to strangers
• Self-motivated and comfortable working outdoors
• Competitive mindset — you like to win and be rewarded for it
• Reliable, coachable, and consistent
• No prior D2D or sales experience necessary
