About the role
Join our dynamic team in the Nashville area as a key member of our innovative project management team. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and clients to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception through completion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
