About the role

Join our dynamic team in the Nashville area as a key member of our innovative project management team. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception through completion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
