About the role

The role involves working on the Global Payment Network, contributing to the development of full-stack applications and data engineering solutions.

• Partner with a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative payment solutions.
• Leverage a broad stack of technologies including JavaScript, React, Node.js, AWS, and Apache Spark to build scalable and efficient payment systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data pipelines and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Engage in high-impact applied research to enhance payment processing efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with full-stack development, including front-end frameworks like React, and back-end technologies such as Node.js and Express.
• Strong understanding of database systems, data modeling, and SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud.
• Experience with data engineering practices, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
