Applied Healthcare AI Engineer

About the role

You will get to work on agent systems that process hundreds of millions of medical collections across millions of patient encounters. There are both clinical and administrative AI related applications that we build on top of the core intelligence layer for our customers, and you will get to build the infrastructure to process the unstructured data to best apply to those downstream workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work on agent systems that process medical collections and patient encounters
• Build infrastructure to process unstructured data for various AI applications
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand customer workflows and software stacks
• Develop and maintain AI models to improve operational efficiency for healthcare practices

Requirements

• Experience with full-stack development
• Strong understanding of machine learning and natural language processing
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about healthcare and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages
• Experience with NLP and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
