Primary Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing skill acquisition plans, behavior protocols and behavior support plans as written by the supervising BCBAC
- Create and maintain a safe, fun and stimulating environment
- Collect accurate data throughout each session
- Complete thorough and timely session notes
- Consistently communicate with the supervising BCBA and Clinic Coordinator
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred)
- Experience in working with children with autism a plus but not required
- Self-motivated to learn and grow professionally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to actively play with children for 20 minutes at a time, stand, sit, squat, bend, twist and lift 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Experience with Passage Health but not required
