We work closely with families to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals. As a Behavior Therapist at Golden Resources ABA you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism and their families. Our clients vary in age, goals, and support needs. To ensure the best possible care, therapists are matched with clients based on clinical fit, scheduling, and client-specific preferences. This allows for strong rapport and a comfortable environment for both the client and staff. Applicants who are flexible and open to working with a variety of family requests are encouraged to apply. / Primary Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing skill acquisition plans, behavior protocols and behavior support plans as written by the supervising BCBACreate and maintain a safe, fun and stimulating environmentCollect accurate data throughout each sessionComplete thorough and timely session notesConsistently communicate with the supervising BCBA and Clinic Coordinator Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred)Experience in working with children with autism a plus but not requiredSelf-motivated to learn and grow professionallyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEmpathy, patience and a genuine desire to help othersAbility to actively play with children for 20 minutes at a time, stand, sit, squat, bend, twist and lift 50 lbsReliable transportationExperience with Passage Health but not required Benefits BCBA owned companyOn the job training; 10-20% of clinical time supervised by the BCBARBT training provided and required to be completed within 3 months of hire401kProvide supervision towards BCBA certification Hours Hiring for: Afternoon hours, 4:00–6:00 PM, 4 days per week, plus Saturdays, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM.
