About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Yes ABA Therapy in Jacksonville, NC, you will work closely with experienced clinicians to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA programs tailored to each patient’s unique needs. You will help assess and treat children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and other developmental disabilities, improving communication, behavior, and daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and report on patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
