We have multiple openings for in-home, in Georgetown, Ipswich, and Merrimac MA! We provide in-home services in the Merrimack Valley. This role is a great chance to make a difference in the lives of young children with special needs. What You'll Do: Follow behavior plans created by the supervisorWork one-on-one with childrenCollect data on behaviorsCollaborate with the care teamKeep accurate notes What You Need: Experience working with children, especially those with autismUnderstanding of behavior therapy techniquesAbility to follow care plansBasic skills in data collectionKnowledge of HIPAA guidelinesGood communication skillsCertification in behavior management is a plus Why Join Us?
