About the role
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Responsibilities
- 1:1 therapy sessions
- Teach play skills and social skills
- Teach self-help skills
- Document session outcomes
- Provide behavior support within group settings
Requirements
- Completed 40 hour RBT training course
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- Excellent references
- RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
