Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI agent architectures using Python
  • Establish success metrics and create automated testing frameworks
  • Manage deployment plans, including versioning and rollback strategies
  • Monitor real-time performance of AI agents and detect issues proactively
  • Iterate on agent design based on product evolution and real-world performance data
  • Champion cultural principles of the company within the team
  • Develop and deliver agent solutions that improve customer outcomes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with production LLM-based agents or automations
  • Proficiency in Python with the ability to connect AI to external systems
  • Ability to define success criteria and evaluation frameworks prior to building
  • Genuine interest in Customer Success workflows and solving customer issues
  • Intellectual honesty about AI's capabilities and designing effective guardrails
  • 3+ years of software engineering or technical experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience working hands-on with LLMs or AI agents in production
