Full-Time, Non-Exempt position reporting to the Site Manager.

Position Objective

Primary role is to support the team in customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and passion for providing great customer service
• Highly motivated with a desire to produce consistent results in a high-pressure environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop an understanding of the products we handle
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Legally permitted to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Mix liquid fertilizer and load tanks
• Mix bulk fertilizer and load trucks
• Assist with receiving bulk fertilizers and seeds
• Assist with loadout or receiving of liquid fertilizer, dry fertilizer, chemicals, and seed from the warehouse
• Make deliveries to customers of crop inputs, including seed and fertilizer
• Assist with custom application services including delivery, application, and maintenance
• Assist customers at the facility
• Perform repairs on equipment and conduct preventative maintenance
• Assist in grain operations with grading grain, loading & unloading trucks/rail cars, and data entry
• Promote a safe work environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Operate forklift and other equipment on site
• During peak business seasons, may be assigned temporary duties in other departments to support company operations
