About the role

Our Application Technicians provide service to residential or commercial client properties in a timely, safe manner, using hand and powered equipment to apply products to treat our customers' lawns.
Responsibilities
- Perform soil analysis and control insects, diseases, and unsightly weeds.
- Provide education on proper lawn maintenance and advice on lawn and landscape problems.
- Determine appropriate solutions for customers' unique needs.
- Sell/upsell additional services to existing and new customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding product/service information and resolve onsite concerns.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
- Pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
- Be at least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
- Be committed to safety and the use of all the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Have a friendly and dedicated attitude towards great customer service.
- Be able to prioritize, multitask, work independently, and work as part of a crew.
- Work in varying weather conditions.
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities.
- Encourage a positive team atmosphere and willingness to help others.
Qualifications

Pay
The starting wage is determined based on relevant experience.
