About the role
Join a dynamic team at Senske Services where you'll be responsible for transforming customers' outdoor spaces through lawn care and landscaping services. As an Application Technician, you'll provide service to residential or commercial clients, applying products to treat lawns and educating homeowners on proper lawn maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Apply products to treat lawns and control insects, diseases, and weeds
- Perform soil analysis and provide lawn and landscape advice
- Sell and upsell additional services to existing and new customers
- Communicate effectively with customers about product/service information and resolve concerns onsite
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded)
- Be at least 21 years old (for driving company vehicles)
- Have strong problem-solving abilities and a positive team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Experience in lawn care and landscaping is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

Pay
Wage Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour. Starting wage determined based on relevant experience.
