Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, test, and maintain enterprise applications solutions successfully through production ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize applications effectively.
  • Develop and monitor reporting dashboards to provide production metric insights while ensuring data validity.
  • Develop and maintain internal technical process documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and external consulting partners to ensure successful software updates and patches.

Qualifications

  • Understanding manufacturing and inventory operations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external technical consultants.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively train users and explain technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software applications (ERP, MES, PLM, QMS, BI).
  • High attention to detail.
